Collection: Urban Poles

We recently introduced urban poles (nordic walking) to our collection. We kept meeting women who absolutely loved exercising with urban poles and couldn’t imagine fitness rituals without them. At the same time, we wanted to give options to women who enjoy walking or hiking to easily integrate strength and stability into their fitness routines. 

We have two types of urban poles:

• Urban Pole Fitness  Designed for fitness - elevate your walks, while using 75% of your muscles. 
• ACTIVATOR Poles: Created for rehab and balance. Ideal for post-surgery recovery & managing chronic conditions and balance & stability.
