Community Fitness Meet-Ups
We believe there is strength in numbers! Moving with others is motivating and is a great way to make exercise more enjoyable.
We lead series of free community meet-ups with walking followed by a short strength & flexibility session. Our series are led by active aging experts and all levels are welcome.
Our spring meet-ups were held in North Bay and St. Catharines. We'll be sharing fall locations at the end of July!
