Community Fitness Meet-Ups

We believe there is strength in numbers! Moving with others is motivating and is a great way to make exercise more enjoyable.

We are introducing a series of free community meet-ups with walking followed by a short strength & flexibility session. These will be outside and led by active aging experts. All levels welcome!

Our first meet-up will be in St. Catharine's Ontario on Saturday mornings in April. We will be adding locations throughout the year.

Where: Burgoyne Woods Park (meet in parking lot)

When: April 5, 12, 19, 26, 2025 at 9:30am

Details on the Morning: Join us and a welcoming community of women 55+ for a free morning of gentle movement, fresh air, and fun.

🗓 9:30 – 10:00 AM – Meet & Greet

🚶‍♀️10:00 – 10:15 AM – Group walk (all paces welcome!)

💪10:15 – 10:45AM – Light fitness session🤸‍♀️Led by Anne Cooke, Owner of Miracles in Motion Fitness

All levels welcome. No experience needed—just comfortable shoes and a smile! Bring a friend or come solo; all are welcome.
